Find a BRIXADI Treatment Provider
Looking for a healthcare provider (HCP) who prescribes BRIXADI? Enter your city, state, or zip and your preferred search radius to find providers in your area.
These are results from the Braeburn Find a BRIXADI Treatment Provider Tool. There may be more treatment providers who are available in your area but have not requested to be listed in this tool.
This tool provides a list of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who must be validly licensed (as required by state or federal law) and attest to meeting the following criteria as a BRIXADI Provider: (A) experienced in treating moderate to severe OUD; (B) have prescribed or administered BRIXADI at least twice in the previous year; (C) accepting new patients; (D) able to refer patients to other Healthcare Providers for administration of MOUD treatment, including BRIXADI and/or the provision of psychosocial services; and (E) have agreed to be included in the Braeburn Find a BRIXADI Treatment Provider tool.
If you have trouble finding a BRIXADI treatment provider or making an appointment, don’t give up. Here are some other options you can try:
- Broaden your search by using a different ZIP code
- Call your insurance company to see if there are HCPs who treat opioid use disorder within your health plan
- Talk with an HCP in your area, as they may know of an HCP who is not listed in this tool
